ERH problems! Finalized!!

After 16 shipping days still no package (Tenn to PA). First e-mail was responded to with 'if you do not see it in a couple days I will resend". Well second and third attempts to contact = no response.

I never had problems with ERH before. Did the business change hands?

Now I am reconsidering doing business with them ever again.

Depending on how it will be shipped I don't know it seven days is anything to be worried about, however, no response to emails is worrying. My advice is to give it a few more days, send one more email making clear your concerns and request a response with the shipping date, then if nothing try to cancel your payment.

Well here it is 23 days since it was said to be shipped. Only one response since the original e-mail. Had to go through paypal resolution center to get that response which said "The item shipped out slightly late and I've communicated with the buyer outside of PayPal; item should have arrived by this date (or possibly Monday, 12/19.)"

In the original e-mail he stated that his shipping records stated it shipped on 11/29. Well which is it?

His first e-mail stated "Hey! Just got this; no idea why the Web site contact didn't come through. I looked at the shipping log and it showed it shipped on 11/29... nothing yet, I take it? If you don't see it within a couple of days I'll send out another copy." I did just that, on Dec 9th, and have not received any other e-mails or the order.

I am reporting this so everyone that does business with them gets he full story. I will not being any more business with them ever again. You make your own decisions but keep in mind how they treat a small order.

Also FYI the person I contacted was Morgan Hardy (got his name through paypal).

:( I was not happy with this new owner. One he never left any post here, would have help his sales. Last restock was August I think. So sad about ERH . Lawgiver was GREAT he taken care of his customer.

I also had an issue with ERH earlier this year, I had to actually call the store and get someone to answer my questions. It took a couple of attempts, but the item finally came. It was not worth the discount since I had to wait almost a month.

Finally got my refund after almost 30 days. Had to go through paypal. ERH never responded to any of my e-mails after the first one. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Thanks. It is painful to see one's reputation/hard work get shredded over time.

To all my non-customer, customers, I'm sorry for the negative experiences. There are many times, I still regret selling off the business to this day. It was a tough choice, but in the end it was the right one for me at the time because of other opportunities I pursued.
