Okay review time (apologies for the weak photo phu, but the pics were rushed).
As previously mentioned I was seriously impressed by the Stalingrad grain elevator, but not prepared to shell out so much on an as yet untried (to me) product line.
As already mentioned this three piece set i bought as a tester was extremely well packaged. As the factory unit is hollow the little shed was seperately wrapped in bubble wrap and tucked inside.
They size up well against the other 6mm scale buildings that I have from Ral Patha and Principles of War.
This shows the (L 2 R) factory unit, shed and admin building with a proper scale (nods to Mango) Warhammer for comparison.
Even in the unpainted state I think these buildings look good. Clear crisp detail on the whole, very little flash, good quality resin (not the horrible smooth shiney stuff) and actual texture on the walls etc.
Some individual front and back shots.

Admin building.
So far so good, I have confidence these will paint up nicely.
On the down side....
Close ups.
On close inspection there are numerous holes cause by bubbles in the resin during casting.
This will drive perfectionists to distraction; however, I am not a perfectionist. I am looking for rugged buildings which will stand the knocks of being played with. As long as they look good on the table or as photo backdrops (in which case the buildings will not be close enough to register the imperfections).
In all honesty, these little imperfections have saved me the trouble of distressing an 'old tech' building which has been fought over, through and around for many years. Have you seen any pictures of buildings after urban combat? Well now I don't have to drill lots of tiny bullet holes in the masonry WIN!
Would I recomend this product? Yes.
Will I buy the Grain elevator in the New Year?
Without doubt.
Hope you all find this useful.
